RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We stand by all of our products! However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we will work with you to fix it! Please email us at info@lifelet.co and let us know how we can help!

LIFELETS:  Once your order is created, we cannot offer a return for refund or an exchange as this is a fully customized product. If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason within the first 30 days of receiving it, we will work with you to make it right and fix it.

ALL OTHER BRACELETS:  If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason within the first 30 days of receiving it, we will work with you to make it right and fix it or we’ll refund 100% of your money. Please note that refunds will be applied in the form of the original tender and can take 7-10 business days.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:  Are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit.
